Knowing where your business stands in relation to your competition will expand your knowledge about your target audience and help you refine your business strategy. How are you different? If you don’t have any differentiators, you’ll want to find some fast! Otherwise, you’re bound to get lost in the vast sea of brands that do take the time to distinguish themselves.
