Our CleanSlate (formerly Preferred Partner) Sales Team reached out to Toshiba with a proposition to partner with us on their new TSCM product that was powered by IBM software. They were interested, but weren’t sure how to best bundle it with their existing solution. The initial Toshiba executive concern was that they didn’t have the marketing support to promote it.

Solution

Our team offered to oversee the marketing effort, re-brand their existing product and provide all marketing materials within 30 days. I worked with a range of Toshiba experts to ensure we had the correct product specs, benefits and product brand standards.
